Welcome to the website operated by  Saddaka Lcd. (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and service providers, collectively, “Saddaka”, “we” or “our”). Saddaka makes available (a) a platform through its website at www.saddaka.com and the Saddaka Community and related services (collectively with the Platform, the “Saddaka Services”). The Platform provides information about Saddaka, and explains how users can post fundraising, accept monetary donations and details our related services (collectively with the Platform, the “Services”) to users and visitors (“you” or “ your ").

This Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) describes and governs how we collect, use, share, and protect data collected through our Services. Before using the Services or submitting any data through or in connection with the Services, please read this Notice carefully. By using any part of the Services, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your data as described in this Notice. To the extent permitted by law, the English version of this Notice is binding and translations are provided for convenience only.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland (collectively “Europe”):

  • for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), the data controller is Saddaka lcd. and can be reached at the address indicated in the section “Contact Saddaka” below ; and

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

As detailed below, when you use or access the Services, we collect information in a number of ways, including when you provide information to us directly, and when we passively collect information from your browser or device ( (e.g., about your interactions with our Services).

A. Information that you provide directly to us:

I. Registration Information:
When you sign up for our Services or open an account, we collect your email address and login information, zip code, country, phone number (for multi-factor authentication purposes and to send you important messages ) and any information you choose to provide to us (e.g. profile picture).

If you are a charitable or non-profit organization and are established as such under applicable law (a "Charity"), and you are included in the PayPal Donation Fund databases of United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada or Australia, then we collect your name and email address. We will then ask you to select your Charity and provide us with information to verify that you are a representative of that Charity. If you are not located in one of these four countries, if you have questions about the information we hold about you, or if you wish to consult or correct it

II. Creating a fundraiser:
When you create a fundraiser on the Platform, we collect the information you choose to give us in connection with your fundraiser and display it on our Platform. For example, you can give your fundraiser a title, choose a fundraiser category, upload images, and describe your fundraiser goal(s). You may, by creating a fundraiser, choose to provide us with information relating to third parties organizing a fundraiser for a family member or friend, and in doing so, you disclose that member's name or circumstances. family or friend. By providing information as part of a fundraiser, you consent to our collection, storage and use of your data. If you entrust personal data relating to third parties, you acknowledge and agree that you have the authorization of the third parties concerned so that we can access and use the relevant information, and that you have notified the third parties and informed them of how their information is collected and used by Saddaka to provide the Services to you. We reserve the right to identify you as the referrer in all messages sent to them.

Our payment processors also collect and store information relating to your withdrawal of funds from any fundraiser.

III. Setting up withdrawals:

Where you are the beneficiary (or recipient of funds from a fundraiser), we collect your contact details (such as your name and email address), zip code, country, phone number (for multi-factor authentication and to send you important messages) and any data you choose to entrust to us.   

Our payment processors collect your bank details and other information necessary to set up withdrawals.

IV. Donation information:
On the Platform, when you donate to a fundraiser, we collect your contact information (e.g., name and email address), postal code, country, and any information you choose to provide to us (including why you made the donation). 

Our payment processors collect your credit card information and other information necessary to process the donation, including your home address.

V. Public Communications:
You may post comments, leave reactions, send thank you notes or otherwise communicate with other users through our Platform. Any content, including comments, reactions and ratings that you choose to post on our Platform, is publicly available by default. 

Remember that all information disclosed in these areas becomes public and can therefore be used and shared by us and other users. Be careful not to share personal data if you do not intend for this data to become public. Please also show consideration and respect for others when using the forum to share your opinions. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review and monitor these postings or other content on our Services, and to remove any postings or content that may be considered inappropriate or offensive to others.

VI. Communications addressed to Saddaka:
You can contact us via a contact form, email, messaging service, or by other means (for example, with questions about our Services, for customer support, or to let us know your ideas for new products or modifications to existing products). You can also choose to respond to surveys we send, or to questions about your fundraisers. When you do, we collect the information you choose to provide to us, including your contact details, the images you choose to upload, and the content and nature of your message.

Please do not send us financial information or other sensitive personal data using our instant messaging services or by other means, except when we specifically request such data from you in connection with the provision of our services. When you entrust this information to us directly, you consent to its processing by Saddaka and/or its service providers. We collect the information listed in this section for the purposes described below in the “Our Use of Information Collected” and “Disclosure of Information Collected Through the Services” sections. Although you are under no obligation to provide us with this information, if you choose not to provide it, we may not be able to provide you with some or all of the Services.

VII. Third Party Information:
You may choose to entrust us with information relating to third parties. For example, if you choose to share your fundraising with family and friends through our Platform's SMS services. If you choose to do so, we give you the option of adding information to our Platform or giving us access to information stored in your email and mobile device address books, such as names, email addresses or phone numbers of your contacts (collectively, “Third Party Data”).
If you use any of the features of the Services that allow you to communicate with third parties (e.g., to recommend the Services to a third party or to communicate with them about a fundraiser or donation) , either by submitting Third Party Data to the Services or by allowing the Services to automatically access Third Party Data in your possession, you acknowledge, represent and agree that (a) you have the relevant third party's permission for us to may access and use relevant third party data, and (b) that you have notified such third parties and informed them of how their information is collected and used by Saddaka in order to provide the Services.
We reserve the right to identify you as the referrer in all messages sent to them. We use Third Party Data to (1) contact that third party using the Third Party Data provided, and/or (2) provide you with an editable template message to facilitate communication between you and that third party through the Services. In addition to sending the above communications, we may also send reminders or other similar messages to you and third parties on your behalf, where permitted by applicable law. In each case, any communication sent to third parties using Third Party Data will provide an opportunity to opt out of receiving further communications of the same nature.

VIII. Sensitive information:
You may also entrust us with information about you or others that is considered sensitive such as political opinions, health information or religious beliefs. If you post this information as part of a fundraiser, you choose to have this information made public in connection with your fundraiser, donation or otherwise.
When you entrust this information to us directly, you consent to its processing by Saddaka and/or its service providers. We collect the information listed in this section for the purposes described below in the “Our Use of Information Collected” and “Disclosure of Information Collected Through the Services” sections.

IX. biometric information:me

We use third-party services for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. These biometric information services, acting as our processors, may collect a copy of your government-issued identification (i.e., driver's license, identity card or passport) and a scan of the photo on your government-issued ID for identification purposes (the “Biometric Information”) and use facial recognition technology to verify your identity. These Biometric Information services provide us with confirmation of the validation or rejection of your identity. Except as set forth herein, Saddaka does not retain any Biometric Information, and such information is retained by the vendors providing the Services.

By sharing your information with these Biometric Information services, you consent to the collection, processing, sharing and storage of your Biometric Information for the purposes of identity verification and fraud prevention. 

Your biometric information will be used for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and in accordance with this Notice. If you do not consent to the collection and use of your biometric information, we will use a copy of your government issued identification and other information to verify your identity.

Your Biometric Information will be kept by our subcontractors for as long as necessary for identity verification and fraud prevention and in accordance with applicable legislation. Please contact us as set forth in the "Contacting Saddaka" section if you have any questions regarding your Biometric Information.

X. Data from other Services:

Saddaka may use other third party services to improve the quality of its own customer database so that it can improve the Services it offers to you. If you wish not to participate in these initiatives, please contact us at the email or postal address indicated in the “Contact Saddaka” section.

B. Information Collected Passively or Automatically:

I. Information on the device and its use:
When you interact with Saddaka through the Services, we automatically receive and store certain information from the devices you use to access the Services. This information is collected passively using various technologies and includes the type of Internet browser or mobile device you use, the website from which you access the Services, your operating system and your location data through a IP address that identifies the city and state from which you connected to the Platform or your precise geolocation if you have authorized your mobile device to provide us with this data. This information is retained by Saddaka or is recorded in databases belonging to Saddaka and managed by Saddaka and/or its agents or service providers.

II. Location information:
When you use the Services to host a fundraiser, the Services requires that you provide your zip code, city, and state or province of residence. Remember that other users of the Services may see your zip code, city, and state or province of residence in connection with fundraising, if that information is available in Saddaka's public search directory. We also use your location information as described above in the “Device and Usage Information” section, and on an aggregate basis as described below in the “Aggregated Data” section.

III. Cookies and other electronic technologies:
When you interact with the Services, we try to make that experience simple and meaningful. When you visit our Platform, our web server, third-party commercial providers and/or Social Networks (as defined below) that are integrated with the Service, we use cookies or other electronic technologies (for example, beacons web or pixel tags) for various purposes. Cookies are small information files that are issued to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website, access or use a mobile application. This information about your use of the Platform is stored and sometimes tracked. Web beacons are transparent image files that allow the Platform to track information about website usage. Unlike cookies, web beacons are not placed on your computers. Pixel tags are tiny graphic images with unique identifiers that track our users' online movements. Unlike cookies, pixel tags are embedded in web pages. For the purposes of this Notice, we will collectively refer to cookies and other technologies identified herein as "Cookies".

Some Cookies are strictly necessary to provide our Services to you (“Essential Cookies”). For example, Essential Cookies are used to provide messaging and login functionality and to remember your consent and privacy choices. We cannot provide our Services without these essential Cookies.
We also use Cookies for functional purposes to maintain and improve our Services, or your experiences, and for marketing purposes (collectively “Non-essential Cookies”). Some of the non-essential Cookies used are set by us, to collect and process certain data on our behalf, and others are set by third parties and/or our social networks. 

ii. Information to and from Social Networks
Non-essential Cookies include cookies that we use in conjunction with Social Media. One of the special features of the Services is to allow you to activate or connect to the Services through the various Social Networks, in particular Facebook or Twitter, or to download videos using the YouTube APIs (“Social Networks” ). By directly integrating these services, we want to enrich and personalize your online experiences. To take advantage of these features, we will ask you to provide your access credentials to the relevant Social Network in order to be able to connect to our Services. When you add a Social Media account to the Services or log in to the Services using your Social Media account, we collect information necessary to enable the Services to access Social Media. As part of this integration, Social Media will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to Social Media (for example, your name and photo, and other information that you allow Social Media to share with us) .

However, please remember that how Social Media uses, stores and discloses your information is governed by the policies of those third parties, and Saddaka is not responsible for the privacy practices or other actions of Social Media that may be activated in the Services. For example, if you upload a video about your fundraiser using the Platform's mobile app, your video will be uploaded using YouTube and submitted to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Security Settings. You also have the option of using unique identification or posting your activities on Social Media when accessing content through the Services. By doing so, you authorize the Social Network to access your information on the Platform, and you accept the terms of use and the privacy policy of the Social Networks in connection with your use of the Service. You further acknowledge that if you choose to use this feature, your friends, followers and subscribers on all Social Networks you have enabled will be able to see this activity. For example, if you log in using Facebook, the facebook privacy policy and the terms of service will apply to data that Facebook may obtain from your activities on Saddaka. Please review the relevant Social Network's terms of use and privacy policy to learn more about your rights and choices, and to exercise your choices regarding these technologies. 

iii. Analyzes 

We use third-party web analytics services on our Services, such as those from Google Analytics, to help us analyze how users use the Services, including noting which third-party website you came from, and providing certain functionality, including Google Signal functionality such as user ID tracking, dynamic remarketing, interest-based advertising, audience targeting, behavioral reporting, demographics and interests, user segment analysis, device reporting, display advertising and video advertising reporting. The information (including an anonymous IP address) collected by the technology will be disclosed or collected directly by these service providers, who use it to evaluate your use of the Services. A. Communication with you
We use the information we collect to contact you for administrative purposes (i.e., to provide you with the Services and information you request or to respond to comments and questions). So, if you contact us by email, we will use the information you give us to answer your question or solve your problem. We may also call you if you do not respond to emails and your fundraiser is subject to refunds.

We also use the data we collect to send you communications relating to the Services, such as updates on events, communications relating to products and services offered by us and those of third parties, and communications about services that may interest you. For example, we may occasionally send emails to registered users of the Services regarding their recent interactions with the Services, such as whether they have donated to a fundraiser.

B. Mobile Services 
If you are accessing the Services from a mobile device and if you have chosen to provide us with your mobile phone number, or any other electronic means to your mobile device, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding your Saddaka account by SMS, MMS, text message. In addition, when creating your Saddaka account, if you click on "Send code" by "SMS", you agree to receive automated text messages relating to your account from or on behalf of Saddaka at the telephone number indicated. . DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE SERVICES

In some cases, we share information collected through the Services with certain third parties without separately notifying you, as set forth below.

A. Commercial transfers

C. Associated Agents, Consultants, Service Providers and Third Parties
Saddaka may sometimes contract with other companies to perform certain functions on Saddaka's behalf, in which case we provide them with access to your information so that they can perform their services. These functions include, but are not limited to, marketing, sending information, hosting data, security, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, legal services and database management. data. We only provide these service providers and entities with the personal information that is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions and we require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information.

D. Third parties who partner with us or provide services you choose to link

Saddaka may access, disclose, transfer and retain your information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to: (i) comply with the law, including subpoenas, search warrants, court orders and other legal process , and to respond to questions or requests from administrations, regulatory authorities, the police or justice, public authorities or organizations responsible for content protection; (ii) protect and defend the legal rights, privacy, safety, or property of Saddaka, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, contractors, or users; (iii) be able to pursue the remedies available to us, bring, take part in, or defend ourselves in lawsuits, or limit the damages that we may sustain; or (iv) enforce this Notice or the applicable Terms of Use.

F. Fundraising Organizers and Beneficiaries
We share your information with organizers and, if different, fundraiser recipients. For example, if you donate to a fundraiser, we share your name, email address, and the donation information you provided as part of your donation with the organizer or recipient, who may contact you. . For example, if an individual is raising funds for an Association and you donate to that fundraiser, then if the information is requested, (i) the Association may receive information about the organizer, if not is not the same person, and about the donors, and (ii) the organizer may receive information about the donors. Similarly, the recipient may communicate with you about your donation and/or may rely on your information to comply with its legal and auditing requirements.

G. Your Consent
In certain situations, we may share your information if you consent to the sharing of your information. For example, we may partner with third parties to organize special pools. If you consent to us sharing your details with a specific partner, we will share with the partner organization your name, email address and other information you have provided in connection with your donation for the relevant fundraiser.

H. Aggregated data
We aggregate, anonymize and/or de-identify information actively or passively collected about you, so that it no longer relates to you individually. We then use this information for a variety of legal purposes, including, but not limited to, our research into the demographics, interests and behavior of our customers. We also share this information with our affiliates, agents, business partners, research centers or other third parties (eg, Google Analytics).

J. Other uses of our Services

Please note that some of the information you provide may be publicly available, such as information posted in forums or in comment sections. We also collect information from your interactions with forums and communities, surveys and customer service, when you send us ideas about new products or changes to existing products, your feedback and other solicited or unsolicited submissions. This Voluntary Information section will survive any termination of your account or the Services.

CHILDREN

Our Services are not intended for persons under the age of 13 (or 16 for children residing in Europe). If you are under 13 (or 16 for children residing in Europe), please do not use the Services and/or submit any information through the Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 (or 16 for children residing in Europe) has provided personal information to Saddaka through the Services, please contact us at contact@ saddaka.com and we will remove such information from our databases to the extent required by law.

DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

The Platform is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting the Platform from a country other than the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The Irish Data Protection Commissioner acts as the competent supervisory authority for users in the European Economic Area. The Information Commissioner's Office acts as the competent supervisory authority for users in the United Kingdom.

Refusal of advertising. 

Each marketing communication we send to you will contain instructions allowing you to opt out of receiving further marketing communications. Also, if at any time you no longer wish to receive marketing communications or if you would like your name removed from our mailing lists, please contact us at the email or postal address listed in the " Contact Saddaka”.
